By accessing the Vizenova ecosystem (vizenova.ca), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Engagement. These terms govern the relationship between Vizenova Inc. and all institutional or individual users of our digital assets.

1. Authorized Usage

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our Strategic Briefs and Insights for professional evaluation. You strictly agree not to:

  • Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or AI-extraction tools against our proprietary content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our modernization frameworks or "Pillar" logic.
  • Use our ecosystem to distribute malicious code or bypass institutional security barriers.

2. IP Sovereignty

All methodologies, "Phygital" frameworks, "Agentic" logic, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Vizenova Inc. and Malhotra Global. No portion of this site may be reproduced or mirrored without an explicit Strategic Licensing Agreement from our Toronto HQ.

3. Ecosystem Dependencies

Vizenova utilizes third-party infrastructure (including Calendly, LinkedIn, and Cloud Service Providers) to facilitate our services. Your interaction with these tools is governed by their respective terms. Vizenova assumes no liability for third-party system failures.

Strict Limitation of Liability: Vizenova provides strategy and modernization insights "as-is." We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Vizenova shall not be liable for any data loss, profit loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of this ecosystem.

4. Jurisdictional Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Users accessing this site from outside North America (including the Middle East, Asia, and Europe) are responsible for compliance with their local digital governance regulations.

5. Uncontrollable Events

Vizenova is not responsible for service delays caused by "Acts of God," global internet outages, or geopolitical instability that disrupts the digital supply chain.

6. Protocol Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect the evolution of our technology pillars. Continued usage of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated protocol.
